• Cancellation/amendments received 15 days or more prior to arrival incur a refund less a fee of THB 15,000

• Cancellation/amendments received 8-14 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged 50% of the program's total value

• Cancellation/amendments received 0-7 days before arrival will be automatically charged 100% of the program's total value

• There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures

• RAKxa reserves the right to overbook, which may result in guest(s) being relocated; in this event, RAKxa will secure, and the client(s) agree to accept, alternative accommodations of at least an equal value without financial compensation

• Mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not allowed in public areas

• Food and drink from outside are prohibited at RAKxa (outside alcohol may be brought in with permission from the RAKxa management team)

• Smoking is strictly permitted at RAKxa except in designated areas

• Guests are expected to behave in a manner not disruptive to the peace of the retreat and stays of other guests; the RAKxa management team reserves the right to ask guest(s) not adhering to this rule to leave the premises immediately

• Guests are requested to use the retreat equipment and facilities with proper care; any damage caused due to the fault or negligence of the guest(s) shall be charged to their account
